Privacy policy

CodaGym collects only the data needed to answer commercial inquiries: name, business, city, phone, email and any information you choose to include in your message.

We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except for the provider that powers the chat and, only if you accept it, TikTok, as explained below.

The site has an automated assistant that answers questions by chat. To generate each answer, what you type in the chat is sent to OpenAI, an artificial intelligence provider based in the United States, which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models.

We do not store chat conversations. The only exception is when, in the chat itself, you agree to be contacted: in that case we store your contact details, the conversation and a summary of your inquiry, and use them only to reply to you.

You can request the correction or deletion of your data by writing to our contact email.

Site analytics are our own and do not use tracking cookies or advertising profiles.

If you accept cookies in the site notice, we load the TikTok pixel, which lets us measure the results of our advertising campaigns on that network. TikTok receives data about your visit (the pages you view, your IP address and browser data) and processes it under its own privacy policy. If you do not accept them, the pixel is not loaded.
